DESCRIPTION
Self-adhesive butyl gum based insulating panel to decrease vibration. Specific for the inner side of doors.

FEATURES
Thickness: 1.6/5.5 mm
Instant adhesive tack (ASTM D 3121 25°C): < 7 cm
Burning rate (ISO 3795): v ≤ 20 mm/min (class: self-extinguishing)
Vertical flammability (UL94): class V2
Flexibility (spindle 20 mm): T≥ -10°C
Working temperature: -20 to +80°C.
Weight: 3 / 10 Kg/m2

APPLICATION
The product should be applied after proper conditioning at room temperature. To maximize the effectiveness of the adhesive application is recommended at a temperature of about 20/25°C.
The substrate must be dry, clean, free from oil, grease, dust and any other residue.
The panel surface must be totally adherent to the substrate (avoid formation of air bubbles between the product and the substrate).
