Fast drying UHS spray filler
Thunder Fill is a two-component UHS filler for spraying.
It is very easy to apply and has excellent verticality. Formulated with innovative materials, the very high solid content guarantees excellent filling power, rapid air drying and good sandability. It contains active pigments with anti-corrosive properties.
APPLICATION
- Up to 3 coats can be applied at intervals of about 5 minutes apart (required for surface flash-off). The dry film thickness is approximately 30 microns per coat.
- If necessary, it can be thinned up to 10% with thinner for acrylic/polyurethane systems.
- Use a gun with a drop tank, nozzle Ø 1.7-1.9 mm. Pressure as per gun manufacturer’s instructions.
TIPS: Let the product air dry for at least 3 hours before sanding.
