DESCRIPTION<\/strong>
\nTwo-component high-solid polyurethane coating to create anti-slippery surfaces onto decks of trucks, industrial and commercial vehicles and boats.
\nPerfect for non slippery finishing.<\/p>\n

MIXING RATIO<\/strong>
\nBy volume: Part A – 6 \/ Catalyst Part B – 1
\nCare should be taken in respecting the given product\/catalyst ratio.
\nMix the two components carefully. The mixture should be of uniform colour without streaks.A non-uniform mixture could produce \u201cislands\u201d either scarcely hardened or not hardened at all.
\nUse the mixture within 15 minutes from its preparation.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION<\/strong>
\nTo apply on:
\nSelf-levelling Gelpur, Wait at least 12\/24 hrs. before application.
\nCement, the floor should be dry and at least 6 months-old. Carefully clean the flooring. Make sure that there is no ground moisture rise.
\nWood, make sure the substrate perfectly dry! A previous application of self-Levelling Gel-Pur is recommended
\nReinforced plastic\/Steel, degrease and opacify using coarse-grained abrasive pad.
\nAluminium\/Galvanized sheet metal, clean and degrease well. Pre-treat the surface with epoxy primer.<\/p>\n

The product is ready to use. All the surface to be treated must be cleaned, dustfree, degreased and clean.
\nPour the GEL-FLOOR on the floor and spread it with the aid of a rubber spatula or a rubber roller.
\nGEL-FLOOR isn’t a self-levelling product. Apply it carefully to obtain best aesthetic and anti-slippery effect!<\/p>\n
